Who we are
WeBuildUtah is an initiative headed by the Associated General Contractors and its members as well as educational partners such as Talent Ready Utah, USBE, and statewide school districts/universities.
Since 2018 the WeBuildUtah initiative has evolved from a hashtag serving to unite the construction industry in Utah to a plethora of resources for construction related employers as well as anyone interested in a career in the construction industry.

WeBuildUtah is more than an initiative—it’s a movement. By bridging the gap between education and employment, we’re preparing Utah’s next generation of builders. Through collaborative efforts and career-aligned programs, we’re shaping a stronger, more sustainable workforce for the future.
